Spacelab’s Build-a-Spaceship Contest

Spacelab is happy to announce its first Build-a-Spaceship Contest. We are calling on all inventors to design and build their own spaceship with Lego or other brand building blocks. We have three categories: 5 to 10, 11 to 16 and, for the many “Grown-Ups” who still have the bug and like constructing in the physical as well as virtual worlds, there is a category designed just for you 🙂

A spaceship can be any design of  space rocket, space station, probe, “flying saucer”, lunar module, shuttle, satellite, moon or planetary village etc. Let your imagination run wild and build. Should you also wish to submit your spaceship to the live exhibition please build as small or big as you like within a maximum base area of 40cm by 40cm.
